Supply Technician II

Requirements / Qualifications

• One year of experience in inventory, warehouse, material supply, or other closely related field.
• Valid driver's license and complete approved defensive driving class necessary for the use of state vehicles.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Regular and reliable attendance is expected.
• Must successfully complete an extensive background screening prior to being employed.

Abilities

• Communicate verbally and in writing.
• Communicate with outside vendors.
• Complete purchase orders.
• Keep detailed records.
• Pay attention to detail.
• Read and update manuals.
• Maintain surplus logs.
• Follow instructions and communicate with the Supply Manager.
• Manage work schedule.
• Anticipate upcoming work details.
• Screens documents for accuracy.
• Good housekeeping skills are a must.
