Supply Technician / Barracks Furnishing Manager (Ft. Hunter Liggett, CA)

Essential Responsibilities and Tasks

• Stocking material and processing inventory supply orders.
• Conducting warehouse management.
• Maintaining the furnishings and conducting the inventory of furniture within the existing supply inventory.
• Identifying furniture that has expired and/or is beyond its expected lifespan, IAW AR 420-1.
• Identifying replacement requirements to ensure adequate levels of furniture is maintained.
• Transporting replacement furniture to and from the warehouse and the barracks.
• Documenting any damage that occurs during the transport of the furniture in the enterprise Military Housing (eMH) program.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience stocking material, processing inventory supply orders, and conducting warehouse management.
• Experience maintaining the furnishings and conducting the inventory of furniture within the existing supply inventory.
• Identifying furniture that has expired and/or is beyond its expected lifespan, IAW AR 420-1.
• Identifying replacement requirements to ensure adequate levels of furniture is maintained.
• Transporting replacement furniture to and from the warehouse and the barracks.
