Supply Technician (Army Aviation) with Security Clearance

About the role

This Supply Technician performs aviation technical supply work in support of aviation maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical supply work (e.g. inventory management, storage management, corrosion control, cataloging, issue, and turn-in) related to aviation supply activities.
• Processes part requests, issues parts, and conducts turn-ins using government supply information systems and following service guidance.
• Operates forklift or motor vehicle to deliver/transport larger parts on site and on main post.
• Loads/unloads truck when making part deliveries.
• Provides customer service/support to assigned teams.

  Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a secret clearance.
  • Supply Tech experience in a military environment with aviation parts highly preferred.
  • Army MOS 92A training or similar service school equivalent desirable.
  • Must be familiar with ACN and GCSS-Army supply operations.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds when handling parts.
  • Must be able to pass a basic physical to operate vehicles and equipment.
  • Must be able to complete training and obtain an operator license to operate vehicles and forklifts in support of supply operations.
