Supply Technician 1 - Flagstaff Medical Center

Responsibilities

• Picks orders utilizing the handheld scanner.
• Utilizes Lawson to identify products.
• Delivers orders to clinical areas.
• Cycle counts assigned areas.
• Participates in annual year-end physical inventory count.
• Manages outdates (first in, first out (FIFO) and bin rotation).
• Answers emergency phone and supply requests.
• Provides information regarding the supplies available in the warehouse.
• Ensures existing inventory is issued and distributed.
• Controls consumable supplies to reduce obsolescence, outdates, and waste by utilizing product rotation, outdate management, and communicating with the Supply Chain Leadership team.
• Serves as a liaison for all replenishment orders and phone calls for emergent products.
• Ensures timely order records, receiving records, packing slips, etc.
• Documents and reports inventory discrepancies (shortages and damaged products).

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Warehouse experience preferred.
• Certification & Licensure: Valid Arizona Drivers License with a 39-month verification of driving record from the Arizona Department of Transportation.
