Supply Tech (MAST) (Ft. Hunter Liggett, CA)

Responsibilities

• Inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization related to depot, local, or field-level supply activities.
• Compile, record, and maintain production and maintenance data for large vehicle and equipment operations.
• Compare and analyze production records, monitor material consumption, ensure quality control, and track various operational metrics.
• Prepare detailed reports and schedules based on established guidelines and priorities.
• Prepare requisitions for materials and supplies, maintain detailed documentation for production and maintenance activities, and compile reports and charts for management review.
• Perform all other position-related duties and assigned or requested tasks.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' experience in supply chain management or relevant experience.
• Knowledgeable with Global Combat Service System-Army (GCSS-A).
• Experienced in ordering, reviewing, and researching parts requests.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, logistics, and procurement processes.
• Typing speed of no less than 40 w.p.m. and a good command of spoken and written English.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office, word processing, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to perform physical activities requiring considerable use of the arms and legs and moving the entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, stooping to handle materials.
• Safety conscious attitude.
• US Citizen or able to work in the US.
