About the role
The Supply & Production Planner is responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demand. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for production runs.
- Coordinate production schedules with manufacturing teams to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Monitor supplier performance and negotiate terms to maintain cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and analyze reports on production metrics and inventory status.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability and delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or production planning.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory systems.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
