Supply Planning Consulting Sr. Manager

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking a Supply Planning Consulting Sr. Manager to join our team in the United States (US). Candidates must be legal residents of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help improve cost efficiency and service levels for clients
• Increase clients’ supply chain’s contribution to added shareholder value and overall business effectiveness
• Manage and deliver Planning solutions to clients
• Conduct standard business / technology assessments depending on project scope and client needs
• Set engagement objectives and scope followed by development of detailed project plans to meet specific needs of each client and engagement
• Support sales of the NTT Data Supply Chain service offerings
• Effectively manage client relationships and joint project teams including other consultants, contractors, and client team members
• Engage and communicate with clients at all levels of the organization during the delivery process to earn their confidence and trust
• Review and approve all client deliverables in accordance with the SOW
• Create thought leadership materials (blogs, public speaking, etc) that support NTT Data’s overall brand and positioning
• Develop and implement methodologies and new service offerings, including SaaS capabilities that generate recurring revenues where applicable
• Travel 10-50% based on project requirements and/or client demand

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or college equivalent in industrial engineering, information systems, supply chain management, science, technology, math, business, economics, or related major
• 8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning and/or inventory management within a consulting and/or equivalent environment
• 3+ years of experience working within Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• Experience using AI to aide in supply chain efficiency
• Experience in supply chain consulting
• Experience in supply chain operations
• Experience working on large scale supply chain transformation initiatives
• Advanced industry certifications from ASCM, IBF, CSCMP or MITx MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management
• Experience using advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software
• Experience implementing advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software, e.g. Blue Yonder, Logility, ToolsGroup, O9, etc.
• Experience working on large scale supply chain transformation initiatives

Pay

The starting pay range for this hybrid role is $132,098-$244,625. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
