Supply Planning Co-Op

Our site in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Supply Planning Center of Excellence Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. We are seeking a highly motivated and driven candidate that has experience in supply chain and/or is working to get their degree in Supply Chain Management. This role will have responsibility for supporting our Planning COE team in defining global planning standards, documenting and creating training materials for those standard processes.

Responsibilities

• Work on small and large projects impacting our global planning organization.
• Work closely with other Supply Chain COE team members to improve our end-to-end supply chain process documentation.
• Support initiatives to enhance our reporting and metrics for our planning organization.
• Analyze and report out on our planning key performance indicators, highlighting areas where improvement is needed and where we have made progress towards meeting our goals.
• Support initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity in planning systems.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and best practices adoption among superusers/planners.

Requirements

• A candidate working on their Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous internship within Supply Chain is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Working towards a degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Must be a currently enrolled student.
• Available to work 40 hours a week, M‑F (8 a.m.–5 p.m.) beginning in January through June.
• Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co‑op program.

Schedule

Expected schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., from January through June (approximately 6 months).
