Responsibilities
- Create a daily production plan and rolling seven-day schedule for engine oil blending, hydraulic blending, and loading of all finished products.
- Be the primary point of contact for the Customer Service and Transportation teams for reconciling changes in customer orders or transportation availability with production capacity.
- Coordinate with Refinery Operations and Maintenance teams to schedule shipment of by-products.
- Schedule receipt of raw materials and verify completion of all outbound shipments for Compliance and Order Processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience working in a similar role
- Highly organized
- Problem solver
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Understands operational constraints
