Responsibilities

  • Create a daily production plan and rolling seven-day schedule for engine oil blending, hydraulic blending, and loading of all finished products.
  • Be the primary point of contact for the Customer Service and Transportation teams for reconciling changes in customer orders or transportation availability with production capacity.
  • Coordinate with Refinery Operations and Maintenance teams to schedule shipment of by-products.
  • Schedule receipt of raw materials and verify completion of all outbound shipments for Compliance and Order Processing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience working in a similar role
  • Highly organized
  • Problem solver
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Understands operational constraints
