Responsibilities

• Execute and support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align inventory and supply plans with customer demand.
• Create, manage, and track Purchase Orders and Distribution Orders across multiple suppliers and locations.
• Analyze forecast trends, inventory performance, and supply risks to develop proactive solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, lead times, and production capacity requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, production planning, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, forecasting, and S&OP processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems for planning and replenishment activities.
• Proven analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills with strong attention to detail.

Pay

$55,000‑$70,000; based on experience
