About the role

We are seeking a Supply Planner to join our team in Beaverton, Oregon (onsite). This role is a backfill for an employee transitioning to another position. The successful candidate will lead a footwear materials planning segment, owning a specific sport and material classification, and monitoring the health of the material plan for these segments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the material plan for a designated sport and material classification.
  • Monitor and evaluate the health of the material supply plan, identifying potential risks.
  • Conduct assortment and demand planning, owning forecasts and assessing for risks.
  • Oversee material development and the translation of materials into the creation of consumer goods.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communication effectively.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making processes.
  • Embrace and drive change within the team and on projects.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in supply or materials planning.
  • Experience in apparel or footwear is ideal, but experience with general material planning for consumer goods with a high SKU count is also considered.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing supply and materials planning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the industry.
  • Comfort using data analytics to make decisions.
  • Experience leading a project team.
