Supply Person

SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION

Schedule

Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., overtime as needed including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operates electric forklift.
• Inspects carriers (trucks and boxcars) when product arrives to ensure the carrier is safe, clean, and does not compromise product quality and/or safety of materials being received.
• Stacks and takes down packing material on slip sheets and/or pallets.
• Operates scan guns to maintain product traceability and inventory control.
• Delivers supplies to other departments throughout the day.
• Other duties as requested by supervisor.

Requirements

• Must possess forklift experience.
• Must possess basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Must possess basic computer skills (scanners).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record.
• Must read, speak, write, and understand the English language fluently.
• Must be willing to climb up to 20 feet.
• Must be willing to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must be willing to bend, stoop, push, pull, twist, and turn throughout the day.
• Must be able to work in hot and cold temperatures for periods of time.
• Must be willing and able to wear the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Must be willing and able to follow all safety and food safety rules.
