Supply Operator

Responsibilities

• Assisting with receiving and restacking pallets for counting, date coding, and item numbering.
• Rejecting any product that does not meet quality standards.
• Ensuring all boxes have codes, receipt dates, and expiration dates.
• Implementing FIFO and FEFO principles.
• Closing and storing boxes on pallets.
• Repacking and placing pallets in their correct locations.
• Communicating via messaging platforms and email for larger issues and reports.
• Using Winrest to control inventory and Teams to create and store working documents.
• Gatekeeping: recounting products leaving the warehouse, taking photos, ensuring correct decanting, and verifying Output Forms (OF).
• Participating in daily cycle counts and inventory counts every 10 days.
• Understanding and being accountable for inventory discrepancies and reporting corrective actions.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, stock counting, or logistics preferred.
• An attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• The ability to read, write, and speak English.
