About the role
As the senior subject matter expert and principal architect for all aspects of government property management, the Supply Management Officer will independently establish, implement, and manage DIU's first-ever organic property accountability program. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing policies and procedures, providing expert technical and financial advice, and managing a centralized property management system.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for government property management.
- Provide expert technical and financial advice related to property management.
- Manage the full lifecycle of accountable government assets, including program development, lifecycle accountability, and audit and compliance functions.
- Manage a centralized property management system.
Requirements
- Experience in property management, supply chain management, logistics management, or asset management.
- Knowledge of federal property management regulations and best practices.
- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Expertise in providing technical and financial advice related to property management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage a centralized property management system.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in property management, supply chain management, logistics management, or asset management.
- Experience in federal property management preferred.

Pay
- Salary range: $89,546 - $141,420 annually.
