We’re looking for a Project Procurement professional to continue their career at Jacobs – where we’ll empower you to learn and grow in the delivery of environmental site characterization and remediation projects for government and global private-sector clients – to make our world better.
This is a full-time position servicing one of our largest environmental commercial clients, preferably staffed in either the Tempe, Arizona or Charleston, South Carolina areas. The position requires intensive interaction with the client’s leadership and use of their administrative software.
Responsibilities
- Managing purchase orders in Invalua and tracking PO use in Excel workflows
- Subcontractor/vendor setup and updates in Invalua
- Using SAP and Planview for financial administration including weekly forecast updates, supporting month close reporting, and tracking financial reserves out multiple years
- Updating subcontractor health and safety records, monitoring user requests in ISNetworld
- Managing invoice approvals using DocuSign/AdobeSign
- Manual disbursements for client managers using BASWARE
- Completing wire transfers for client managers using Serrala/UI5
- Revenue entries using SAP and IVALUA
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with financial and procurement management
- Highly developed interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a high tempo environment

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $115,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
