Supply Management Planner Location: Davenport, IA – Fully Onsite Pay: $24.00–$26.00/hour Contract: 24-Month, W2 Contract Schedule: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a Supply Management Planner to support the delivery and coordination of purchased parts from internal and external suppliers across one or more locations. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication and computer skills who is interested in building experience in supply management, supply chain, materials, or logistics. Recent graduates with relevant Business or Supply Management education are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the delivery of purchased parts from internal and external suppliersCommunicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding material and delivery needsTrack and support day-to-day supply and material requirementsUtilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications for daily tasksMaintain accurate information and communicate potential supply or delivery issuesSupport supply management activities across one or more locationsTravel between nearby sites or facilities using a personal vehicle when required Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer and typing skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelAbility to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional internal teamsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work fully onsite in Davenport, Iowa Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Management, Supply Chain, or a related fieldRecent graduates are welcome to applyPrevious experience with SAPPrevious exposure to supply chain, purchasing, materials, logistics, inventory, or supplier coordination is a plus Additional Information 24-month W2 contract$24.00–$26.00/hourFully onsite in Davenport, IowaBusiness casual work environmentPosition may require occasional driving between sites or other company locations using a personal vehicleInterviews will be conducted by phone or Microsoft TeamsVisa sponsorship is not available now or in the future for this position Why Apply?
