Supply Inventory Technician IV

Responsible for leading, implementing, measuring, and directing all supply chain activities within a facility. Oversees receiving, distributing, replenishment, and inventory management of all supplies, as well as reviewing and maintaining all Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock and other stocking locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the on-site processing, inventory, and delivery of all orders.
• Maintains effective communication with customers, co-team leaders, stock clerks, and the management team.
• Prepares schedules for on-site operations.
• Attends in-service presentations and completes mandatory education, including infection control, patient safety, quality improvements, MSDS, and OSHA standards.
• Demonstrates knowledge of occurrence reporting system and utilizes it to report potential patient safety issues.
• Processes all lost charge reports and resolves discrepancies.
• Authorized to transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media, and drug-containing devices relative to core competencies of the position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or similar field (Preferred)
• One to two years of Healthcare/Supply Chain experience (Required)
