• The Ideal Candidate:
  • Has a background in high-speed manufacturing processes, preferably in food production or CPG.
  • Red Zone experience
  • Proven success with process improvement, lean techniques, and implementing operational changes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve errors effectively.
  • Organizational prowess with a knack for meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:
  • Prior manufacturing experience is essential.
  • Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Education:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and other MS Office programs;
  • Familiarity with Lean principles, IWS, and/or TPM operational principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) is preferred.
