Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager

About the role
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the Procurement Project Manager will lead the identification, execution, and delivery of company-wide cost savings initiatives as well as other strategic and operational projects that support supply chain objectives. This role partners closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance to translate strategic priorities into executable projects and measurable business outcomes. Owns upward reporting and visibility of cost transformation initiatives, ensuring leadership has clear, timely insight into progress, risks, and financial outcomes. The position is highly execution-focused, with accountability for governance, delivery, and executive-level communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead identification, execution, and delivery of company-wide cost savings initiatives
- Support strategic and operational projects that align with supply chain objectives
- Translate strategic priorities into executable projects and measurable business outcomes
- Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance teams
- Provide upward reporting and visibility of cost transformation initiatives
- Ensure leadership has clear, timely insight into progress, risks, and financial outcomes
- Maintain accountability for governance, delivery, and executive-level communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent
- 5–10 years of project management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience in interconnect, cable, harness, or connector manufacturing is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel or Google Sheets
- Demonstrated success leading cost reduction initiatives with strong analytical skills
- Ability to interpret complex data and financial impacts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations
Pay
Salary range: $110K–$135K, depending on experience.
