Key Responsibilities
- Understand, document, and support current and future supply chain and manufacturing process flows for ERP implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, revise, and create procedures aligned with system changes
- Manage and maintain GMP-compliant documentation to support regulated operations
- Draft clear, accurate, and concise technical and procedural documentation
- Coordinate with business process owners, SMEs, and internal or external project team members
- Support knowledge transfer, process alignment, and documentation readiness activities
- Support ERP adoption by maintaining accurate documentation and process clarity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or process improvement within a regulated industry
- Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or another GMP-regulated environment
- Proven experience with GMP documentation and technical writing
- Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing operations
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support process transitions
- Continuous improvement mindset with strong documentation discipline
Top 3 Must Have Skills
- Experience with ERP implementations or large-scale system transitions
- Familiarity with the Plan to Stock functional domain
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
