Supply Chain Technician
Job Location Type: In-Person at Sovah Health - Martinsville.
About the Role
As a Supply Chain Technician, you'll support those in our facilities who provide care to patients and community members, positively impacting our mission of making communities healthier. The Supply Chain Team has a meaningful impact on high-quality patient care by supporting all hospital departments. Sovah Health is a regional healthcare delivery system with two hospital campuses—Danville and Martinsville—each featuring a 24/7 Emergency Room, Outpatient Imaging Center, and over 20 primary and specialty care physician clinics. The Danville location also serves as a teaching hospital training medical students and physician residents specializing in family and internal medicine.
Responsibilities
- Stocks units with office and medical supplies; prepares requisitions to maintain par levels.
- Receives shipments, logs receipts, enters data into inventory system, delivers items to departments or facilities, and reports/documents errors or damages to management.
- Performs periodic cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory; adjusts inventory records as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly learn and navigate multiple computer systems.
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (read, write, speak, understand).

Pay
Hourly Range: $12.77–$14.63
Schedule
Full Time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
