About the Role

Part‑time day shift position, primarily on weekends, performing essential base‑level tasks related to service fulfillment, disinfection and sanitation in patient‑facing, ancillary or back‑office areas. Provides service, support and colleague or customer assistance in accordance with experience, education, regulatory standards and established policies. Conducts daily functions compassionately, ethically and respectfully, supporting patients, families and guests to exceed expectations and delivering personalized care.

Responsibilities

  • Request, receive, distribute equipment and manage obsolescence; stock general med‑surg supplies across various healthcare settings.
  • Work with end users to request supplies, troubleshoot issues and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain work and supply storage areas and equipment in a clean, organized and safe condition.
  • Perform periodic PAR‑level replenishment using various resupply procedures to maintain stock levels.
  • Serve as frontline Supply Chain support representative for ordering, data entry and payment activities.
  • Assist the Supply Chain Leader with special assignments.
  • Provide inventory or data support for the majority of the shift (70 %+ of time).

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to complete additional education, training and competency tests as required.

Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Previous Supply Chain experience in healthcare, warehousing or other distribution environments.

Physical & Mental Requirements

  • Exposure to unpleasant sights, sounds, smells; fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, biohazards and other hazards (mechanical, electrical, chemical, radiation, sharp objects, etc.).
  • Exposure to noise, infectious waste, diseases, interruptions, shifting priorities and stressful situations.
  • Ability to follow tasks through to completion, understand complex ideas, remember multiple tasks over long periods and work on concurrent projects.
  • Ability to read small print, hear speech patterns and give/receive instructions in background noise.
  • Manual dexterity for grasping, handling, climbing, kneeling, crouching and operating foot controls.
  • Use of computer/technology; ability to sit and vary physical position.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and use personal protective equipment (PPE); comply with Trinity Health’s Code of Conduct.
  • Ability to assist in emergencies.
  • Standing/walking with ability to vary position; lift up to 30 lb unassisted.
  • Long periods of walking, standing, stooping, bending, pulling or pushing.
  • Clinical/patient‑facing, hands‑on interactive work environment.
  • Indoor work (temperature‑controlled, well‑lit) with occasional travel; outdoor work in variable conditions.

Pay

Hourly rate $17.05–$24.20, based on experience, skills and education. Exempt positions under the FLSA will be paid at the base‑salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. Pay may vary by location.
