About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Technician to support vendor master data and supplier management activities.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing service tickets
- Verifying supplier information
- Setting up and updating vendor records
- Conducting validations
- Preparing reports
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in data entry, administrative support, supply chain, or auditing preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
