Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Warehousing and Logistics team to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, focusing on warehousing, inventory management, and logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and support business growth.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance scalability, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven solutions to improve operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on warehousing and logistics.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment, preferably in fintech or technology.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
