Supply Chain Team Lead
for sections present: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Duke Regional Hospital" and "Location", "Work Schedule", "Occupational Summary", "Work Performed", "Additional Responsibilities Based On Assigned Area", "Knowledge, Skills And Abilities", "Level Characteristics", "Minimum Qualifications". Also "Job Information" includes title, code, level. We must not repeat job title as heading. Also we should not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; fold minor metadata into short
or drop it. We need to preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate: repeated intro paragraphs, EEO statements, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to decide which sections to include. Must include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. Avoid headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for many sections. We need to use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). However we can use other headings? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests those are examples but we can use other headings as needed? Probably we should stick to those headings where applicable, but we can also use other meaningful headings? The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings when appropriate, but we can also use other headings if needed? It says "use for section headings (e.g. ...)" meaning the headings should be . It doesn't forbid other headings, but likely they want those specific headings. However the posting includes sections like "About Duke Regional Hospital", "Location", "Work Schedule", "Occupational Summary", "Work Performed", "Additional Responsibilities Based On Assigned Area", "Knowledge, Skills And Abilities", "Level Characteristics", "Minimum Qualifications". We could map them to the allowed headings: About the role -> About Duke Regional Hospital? Could be "About the role". Responsibilities -> Occupational Summary + Work Performed + Additional Responsibilities. Requirements -> Minimum Qualifications. Qualifications -> maybe same as Requirements? Skills -> Knowledge, Skills And Abilities. Benefits -> not present. Pay -> not present. Schedule -> Work Schedule.
We should not create sections for Benefits, Pay if not present. So we will include: About the role (h3), Responsibilities (h3), Requirements (h3), Skills (h3), Schedule (h3). Possibly also Location? Could be part of About the role or a short p. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." Location is not minor metadata; it's substantive. Could be a short p under About the role or separate section? There's no heading for Location in the list, but we could include it as a paragraph under About the role. Or we could create a heading "Location" but not in the list; maybe better to keep as a paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details about Duke Regional Hospital (388 beds, second largest, services). Also location address. Work schedule Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm. Occupational Summary details. Work Performed details. Additional Responsibilities. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities. Level Characteristics (duplicate of Knowledge, Skills And Abilities? Actually it's same content repeated; we should not duplicate. We need to preserve all substantive information but avoid duplication? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't say we must deduplicate, but we should not repeat identical content? It says "do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplicating identical content is not summarizing away detail, but it's redundant. However the posting has duplicate sections: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities and Level Characteristics are identical. We could keep both but that would be redundant. Might be considered summarizing away detail if we remove one? Actually removing one would lose some detail but it's identical, so no loss of unique information. So we can deduplicate to avoid redundancy. Probably acceptable. Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Degrees, Licensures, Certifications (Valid Driver's License may be required). Also Job Information: Job Code, Job Level. Those are minor metadata; we can fold into a short p. We must remove boilerplate: repeated intro paragraphs, EEO statements, etc. Let's craft HTML:
