About the role

The Supply Chain Systems Specialist supports, optimizes, and continuously improves the technology platforms enabling Hays' end-to-end Supply Chain processes. The role serves as the functional expert for Supply Chain systems, supporting Procurement, Supplier Operations, Logistics, Inventory, and related business functions through system administration, reporting, integrations, training, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise System Administration
    • Support Kojo, Vista, Epicor, TradeTapp, and future Supply Chain applications
    • Configure users, workflows, approvals, and security
    • Coordinate with IT and software vendors
    • Maintain system documentation
  • Business Process Improvement
    • Analyze business processes
    • Develop standardized workflows
    • Identify automation opportunities
  • System Configuration & Implementation
    • Configure enhancements
    • Support upgrades, testing, and deployments
    • Participate in implementations
  • Integration Management
    • Support system integrations
    • Monitor interfaces
    • Validate data transfers
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Develop dashboards
    • Support Power BI/Excel reporting
    • Monitor utilization and data quality
  • Data Governance
    • Maintain master data
    • Support supplier and item maintenance
    • Ensure data consistency
  • User Support & Training
    • Provide functional support
    • Develop SOPs and training materials
    • Train end users
  • Project Support
    • Support implementations, automation, testing, and change management
  • Vendor Management
    • Manage support tickets
    • Coordinate enhancement requests
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Recommend enhancements
    • Increase user adoption
    • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3–5 years supporting ERP, procurement, or supply chain systems
  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
  • Experience with ERP platforms (Vista, Epicor, Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, or similar)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Skills

  • Power BI, Power Platform, Kojo, or SQL experience preferred
