Supply Chain Support Assoc

About the role

Assists the supply chain team in procuring materials, supplies, and/or services with close supervision and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Conducts transactions for inventory management (Kanban, Packing Slips, RMR, Exception Reports, VMI, etc.)
• Prepare and process purchase orders (Auto Creates)
• Data organization
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of applicable external experience or 1 year of Altec internal experience in Supply Chain functions (APICS Certification counts as one year of experience)
• Microsoft Office suite experience required
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and concepts preferred
• Oracle/ERP system experience preferred
