Pointcore, Inc. serves the healthcare industry through key services that enable patient care, including technology services (application, IT, network, and cybersecurity), healthcare technology management (HTM/biomedical equipment services), supply chain, business, and construction. As an extension of OSF HealthCare, Pointcore leverages decades of experience to support hospitals and clinics of all sizes, sharing resources and infrastructure with external clients for the benefit of patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver supplies, equipment, and bulk carts (100–700 pounds) using delivery vehicles.
• Maintain inventory, fill orders, and operate equipment such as electric pallet jacks, order pickers, and forklifts.
• Ship and receive supplies, move furniture, and set up meeting rooms.
• Perform clerical duties, including answering telephones, relaying routine information, and completing documentation.
• Transcribe and enter data into computer terminals, write orders, and follow oral/written instructions.
• Proofread and verify document accuracy daily.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations (e.g., checking/restocking supply carts, filling orders, completing documentation).
• Proficiency in using keyboards, word processors, or computers to enter and transform data daily.
• Ability to learn terminology and procedures to complete assignments.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks while remaining detail-oriented.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 6–12 months of experience in warehousing/distribution functions (desired).
• 1 year of experience in purchasing, warehousing, clinical management, or contracting (preferred).

Licensure/Certifications

• A CDL or Class C license may be required based on vehicle size and class.
• Forklift certification training required if operating a forklift in any facility.

Pay

Expected pay for this position is $17.66–$19.63/hour, with actual pay determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.

Schedule

This is an hourly position.
