Supply Chain Specialist II

About the role

This Supply Chain Specialist II role manages procurement processes, maintains vendor relationships, and supports operational needs. The position requires experience with procurement technologies and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure readiness of critical spares, materials, and services by collaborating with relevant teams to identify and source necessary components.
• Lead vendor sourcing and commercial strategy efforts, including developing RFQs/RFPs and negotiating terms.
• Administer Technical Service Agreements, ensuring vendor compliance with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance activities, securing necessary vendors and materials proactively.
• Manage procurement execution and operational support, including issuing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries.

Pay

$21.50–$30.71 per hour
