Supply Chain Specialist I, Full Time, Second Shift

Pick Orders and Perform Inventory Management

• Picks orders for daily delivery to UC Health requesters.
• Performs fundamental inventory management tasks such as stock rotation, expired product checks, inventory restocking, and utilizes MMIS for tracking inventory where applicable.

Central Service Functions

• Distributes linen and fulfills customer requests as needed.
• Decontaminates and distributes equipment as needed.

Order Preparation and Delivery

• Lables all orders with the correct "ship to" information.
• Stages all orders in the correct "ship out" location.
• Adheres to standard skid mapping requirements and delivery/stocking schedules established by management.
• Logs all orders on Master Pick Log and signs off each pick sheet.
• Makes copies of orders to file on site, and sends to requester.
• Reports any stock outs or mis-picks to supervisor/manager for immediate resolution before reaching customer.

Cleanliness and Safety

• Completes daily 5S standard work.
• Aids in cleaning the work environment to maintain safe and efficient conditions.
