Supply Chain Specialist

The Role

The Supply Chain Specialist supports SJE Rhombus's embedded systems manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain continuity of supply by reviewing safety stock levels, supplier lead times, and minimum order quantities.
• Support MRO purchasing needs and maintain accurate data within the ERP system.
• Assess and manage inventory levels, sourcing efforts for new and replacement components, and coordinating the return of nonconforming materials to suppliers.
• Participate in supplier performance tracking and drive continuous improvement by ensuring processes align with quality standards and business needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Clear communication skills
• Experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Materials Planning in a manufacturing environment
• Experience using ERP systems
• A 2-year degree in Supply Chain or equivalent degree and 1-2 years of experience
• A high attention to detail and organizational skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with embedded products is a bonus

Qualifications

You should have:

• A 2-year degree in Supply Chain or equivalent degree
• 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Materials Planning

Pay

The starting wage for this role will be between $30.00 - $35.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
