About the role

The Supply Chain Specialist plays a critical role in driving supply chain performance across planning, execution, and strategic initiatives. This role operates across multiple areas of the supply chain—including inventory management, supply planning, product lifecycle transitions, and process improvement—depending on business priorities.

  • Supports cross-functional partners, including Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, and Operations.
  • Proactively identifies and escalates supply chain risks, constraints, and potential disruptions.
  • Clearly communicates issues, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and drives operational efficiencies.
  • Takes ownership of assigned workstreams and ensures timely execution of deliverables.

Requirements

  • Experience working with large datasets (Excel required; Power BI, SQL, or similar tools preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years.

Benefits

  • Base Pay Range: $63,000.00 - $107,100.00 Annually
  • Primary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLA
