Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end order lifecycle with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and proactive management of this area with clear accountability for issue resolution.
- Cook with and complete all required documentation across DFWS import and export logistics needs, partnering with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and compliant processing.

- Support freight claims and related follow-up by coordinating with carriers, distributors, internal stakeholders, and external partners to resolve issues and minimize disruption.
- Own, maintain, and continuously improve standardized processes, SOPs, and RACI documentation to support consistency, clarity, and cross-functional alignment.
- Identify, document, and execute opportunities for automation, including EDI and AI-enabled improvements, with the goal of reducing manual touchpoints and increasing process efficiency.
- Own communication across internal and external partners, ensuring timely updates, clear follow-through, and effective escalation when order, inventory, pricing, credit, or logistics issues arise.
- Prioritize work based on exception-driven reporting and proactively identify risks to shipping timelines and take action to prevent service disruptions.
- Review and analyze distributor inventory reporting to identify trends, root causes, and potential risks, and partner with distributors and Sales to influence ordering behavior and provide logistical support as needed.
- Lead monthly updates to Sales on BU calls, including inventory health, orders, allocations, and other key supply chain insights that support business planning and decision making.
- Analyze metrics, allocations, and backorder hold reporting and ensure timely release of orders to meet goals and improve execution.
- Partner with IT and cross-functional teams on system enhancements, AI initiatives, ERP improvements, and reporting tools, including supporting UAT and continuous improvement efforts tied to JDE/Fusion.
- Ensure completion of mid-month and month-end checks and own follow-up and resolution of credit holds, pricing holds, and related financial process dependencies, partnering with Accounting, FP&A, and Pricing to support timely order release and accurate processing.
- Assist with sample order processes, annual financial audit needs, cross-functional training, and coverage to ensure continuity and flexibility across the Supply Chain team.
- Ensure adherence to allocation protocols, compliance requirements, and internal controls while helping the team deliver reliable, timely, and accurate supply chain execution.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of Supply Chain or CPG experience, with wine & spirits experience preferred and an interest in contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative supply chain environment.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, EDI, AI, KPIs, analytics, and the ways these tools and processes can improve execution and business performance.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to assimilate and process data from a wide range of sources, translate findings into insights and recommendations, and help drive practical action.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to plan, prioritize, and manage a heavy workload within tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
- Agile learner and independent thinker who can self-manage time, work through ambiguity and uncertainty, pivot as priorities shift, and remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Excel, with curiosity and confidence using reporting, metrics, and tools to solve problems and improve processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners, build trust, and contribute positively in a team-oriented environment.
