Supply Chain Senior Manager - Global Supply Chain Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end supply chain for a product portfolio focused on reliability and value.
• Develop and implement product supply strategies and lifecycle management.
• Anticipate risks and opportunities, leading cross-functional teams in mitigation planning.
• Advise on manufacturing site selection and supply chain design recommendations.
• Execute strategic initiatives for global supply chain growth and transformation.
• Align global demand and supply plans with product supply strategy to support decision-making.
• Monitor inventory performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Doctorate with 2 years of experience, Master's with 4 years, Bachelor's with 6 years, Associate's with 10 years, or a high school diploma with 12 years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations.
• Knowledge of advanced planning techniques for demand, supply, and inventory.
• Excellent communication skills across organizational levels.
• Strong digital mindset to enhance supply chain decision-making.
• 7+ years of experience in the global pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

Pay

$134,061 – $181,376 annually
