Supply Chain Program Manager, Fluid Systems

Primary Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end procurement program lifecycle for balance of plant fluid systems, from requirements definition through production ramp
- Partner with the fluid systems engineering team to understand and translate technical requirements into clear commercial and sourcing requirements
- Develop and maintain procurement program plans with trackable milestones across requirements definition, RFQ, supplier selection, development, qualification, and production ramp phases
- Coordinate with the strategic sourcing team, who own pricing and contract negotiations, to provide program context, supplier priorities, and technical inputs
- Identify and mitigate procurement program risks, escalating issues proactively and maintaining visibility across stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date program tracking using project management tools and Arena PLMS
- Support supplier onboarding, qualification activities, and ongoing supplier performance reviews in coordination with the sourcing team
- Contribute to continuous improvement of supply chain program management processes and tools as the company scales
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field with 5–7 years of relevant experience in supply chain program management, procurement, operations, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stage procurement or engineering programs from requirements definition through production
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to interpret engineering requirements and drive alignment between technical and commercial stakeholders
- Strong program management skills with a track record of building and executing structured, trackable program plans
- Experience working with project management tools and Arena PLM or equivalent product lifecycle management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around program priorities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in capital-intensive industries such as clean energy, industrial equipment, automotive, aerospace, or oil and gas
- Familiarity with balance of plant fluid systems in an industrial, process, or energy environment
- Prior experience supporting sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or strategic sourcing initiatives
- Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI), manufacturing scale-up, or production ramp programs
- Knowledge of supplier qualification, supplier development, and supplier performance management processes
