About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to lead strategic execution for select programs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of program supply chain strategy, including procurement, subcontracts management, and planning to ensure alignment between functional goals and program execution.
- Drive program success by acting as the single point of escalation for supply chain issue resolution, ensuring materials meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.
- Manage strategic relationships with supplier leadership to manage key partnerships and ensure the delivery of all contracted requirements.
- Optimize resources by allocating supply chain resources effectively and developing programmatic strategies that address specific business requirements.
- Mitigate risk by monitoring market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to anticipate potential risks and identify opportunities for the business.
- Mentor and lead by providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to subcontract project management, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally by serving as an engaged member of the program team, advising leadership on all aspects of supply chain execution, and facilitating communication between functional teams.
Requirements
- Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with internal stakeholders and external supplier leadership.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence across functional boundaries.
- Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with company policies and applicable federal regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in supply chain leadership.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Experience working within the defense industry or with government contracting requirements.
- Experience managing a portfolio of programs (program family) rather than a single project.
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $108,787 - $184,937
