Supply Chain Professional

Location: Lisle, IL (100% onsite)

About the role

Seeking a Supply Chain Professional to support manufacturing operations by ensuring material availability to meet production requirements. This role will work closely with internal teams and suppliers to resolve material shortages, support production schedules, drive process improvements, and identify cost-saving opportunities across freight, logistics, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing plants with material availability and production needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve supply issues.
• Analyze shortages, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to prevent recurring issues.
• Support freight, logistics, and operational cost-reduction projects.
• Utilize Excel to analyze data, track performance, and report results.

Requirements

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Planning, or related field.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and material flow processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive, "go-getter" attitude.
• Must be local to the Lisle, IL area and available to work onsite 5 days per week.

Pay

$39/hour | Benefit options available

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (6-month contract with possible extension)
