Establishing and monitoring inventory and warehouse performance metrics to ensure optimal operations.

Training warehouse personnel on inventory management and control policies and procedures.
Analyzing warehouse data to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, providing inventory recording tools.
Maintaining a comprehensive database for demand and inventory management to inform forecasting and purchasing decisions.
Cooking the distribution of materials and equipment, ensuring proper documentation collection and compliance.
Generating and analyzing reports to monitor and improve warehouse metrics and operational activities.
Monitoring Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) aging to maintain audit compliance and manage lifecycle.
Tracking and following up on equipment with repair vendors to minimize turnaround times and maintain inventory accuracy.

Coordinating the distribution of materials and equipment, ensuring proper documentation collection and compliance.
