Supply Chain Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies to reduce costs, secure supply, and minimize disruptions
• Prepare and process purchase orders while maintaining accurate purchasing records
• Partner with accounting to ensure accurate billing, costing, and procurement data
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance
• Monitor inventory reorder points and support inventory planning initiatives
• Analyze market trends impacting pricing, quality, and product availability
• Prepare monthly pricing reports and cost forecasts for leadership
• Collaborate with internal teams to support procurement and supply chain operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience
• Required: SAP experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Basic understanding of accounting and costing principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel as needed
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.

Pay

$70,000-$75,000 base salary
