About the Role

Translate business requirements into technical solutions supporting demand planning, inventory management, and other supply chain management (SCM) functions.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize SQL, scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash), data modeling techniques, and integration technologies (APIs, ETL).
  • Perform platform configuration and customization by setting up o9 data models, workflows, and user interfaces to align with client business processes.
  • Design, develop, and manage system integrations and data flows (ETL) between o9 and enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM, using APIs, JSON, SSIS, and related technologies.
  • Design and manage data models, execute data uploads, and ensure ongoing data quality and integrity.
  • Conduct data mapping between o9 and ERP/legacy systems.
  • Develop reports and analytics to support business and operational needs.
  • Troubleshoot technical and data-related issues across the platform and integrations.
  • Provide user support across both project implementation phases and ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management or related field.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, PowerShell, Bash, and data modeling techniques.
  • Experience with integration technologies (APIs, ETL), and data flow management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience with o9 platform and its data models.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and data quality management.
  • Experience with data mapping tools and techniques.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
