Supply Chain Planning Consultant

About the role

The Supply Chain Planning Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Kinaxis solutions tailored to client business processes. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand supply chain planning challenges and providing expert guidance using Kinaxis RapidResponse or Maestro.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders and coordinate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams and solution architects to develop business process designs.
• Lead implementation activities including configuration, testing (unit and end-to-end), training, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and analytics issues to ensure solution accuracy.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.
• Mentor junior team members and assist in knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Functional design and configuration experience in Kinaxis.
• Experience in industries such as Life Sciences| Med Tech.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate across teams.

Qualifications

• US Citizen, Green Card, OPT-EAD, CPT, H-1B, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, GC-EAD work authorization.

Skills

• Expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse or Maestro.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Industry-specific supply chain planning experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication and mentoring skills.
