Supply Chain Planning o9 Solutions Architect, Manager
Responsibilities
- Analyzing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency
- Developing strategies to optimize supply chain operations and increase end-to-end visibility
- Collaborating with clients to streamline processes and improve productivity
- Guiding teams in the implementation of technology and data analytics for a connected supply chain network
- Leading project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and develop skills
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct
- Utilizing supply chain management software to enhance operational strategies
- Implementing cost management and procurement strategies to reduce expenses and increase responsiveness
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Science, Marketing
- One of the following certifications: Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP), American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Institute for Supply Management (ISM)
- Proficiency in supply chain management software
- Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize supply chain performance
- Managing complex supply chain transformation projects
- Excelling in strategic sourcing and procurement processes
- Leading initiatives in supply chain risk management
Qualifications
- Preference for one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Science, Marketing

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
