Responsibilities

  • Analyzing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency
  • Developing strategies to optimize supply chain operations and increase end-to-end visibility
  • Collaborating with clients to streamline processes and improve productivity
  • Guiding teams in the implementation of technology and data analytics for a connected supply chain network
  • Leading project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and develop skills
  • Addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders
  • Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct
  • Utilizing supply chain management software to enhance operational strategies
  • Implementing cost management and procurement strategies to reduce expenses and increase responsiveness

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Science, Marketing
  • One of the following certifications: Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP), American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Institute for Supply Management (ISM)
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize supply chain performance
  • Managing complex supply chain transformation projects
  • Excelling in strategic sourcing and procurement processes
  • Leading initiatives in supply chain risk management

Qualifications

  • Preference for one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Science, Marketing

Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
