Supply Chain Planning o9 Solutions Architect, Manager
As a Supply Chain Planning o9 Consultant, Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration. You will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver exceptional client service and drive business performance. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. You will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality, coach team members, and manage performance to meet client expectations. You will also identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, lead with integrity, and embrace technology and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency
- Developing strategies to optimize supply chain operations and increase end-to-end visibility
- Collaborating with clients to streamline processes and improve productivity
- Guiding teams in the implementation of technology and data analytics for a connected supply chain network
- Leading project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and develop skills
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct
- Utilizing supply chain management software to enhance operational strategies
- Implementing cost management and procurement strategies to reduce expenses and increase responsiveness
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
Qualifications
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Science, Marketing
- At least one of the following certifications: Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP), American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Institute for Supply Management (ISM)
- Proficiency in supply chain management software
- Strong analytical thinking to optimize supply chain performance
- Experience managing complex supply chain transformation projects
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and procurement processes
- Leadership in supply chain risk management initiatives
Pay
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
