Supply Chain Planning Expert

About the role

Role seeking a Supply Chain Planning / Transformation Lead to drive deployment of a global supply-planning operating model across US manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain Transformation and Deployment initiatives
• Assess Current State, Target State, Transition, Adoption, and Stabilization
• Deploy global supply-planning processes across multiple manufacturing sites
• Drive people, process, and technology adoption
• Support implementation, go-live, and stabilization
• Work with SAP S/4HANA, Blue Yonder/JDA, or equivalent planning tools
• Bridge business users, supply chain teams, and technology teams

Must Have

• 4–5+ years of Big Pharma experience
• Strong manufacturing experience
• Global Supply Chain Planning experience
• Experience with SAP and/or advanced planning tools
• Strong business-facing transformation/deployment experience
• Willingness to travel onsite 1–2 times per month
