Location: USA Duration: Through December 2027 + Extensions Travel: Onsite 1 2 times/month to US sites Role Seeking a Supply Chain Planning / Transformation Lead to drive deployment of a global supply-planning operating model across US manufacturing sites. Responsibilities Lead Supply Chain Transformation and Deployment initiativesAssess Current State Target State Transition Adoption StabilizationDeploy global supply-planning processes across multiple manufacturing sitesDrive people, process, and technology adoptionSupport implementation, go-live, and stabilizationWork with SAP S/4HANA, Blue Yonder/JDA, or equivalent planning toolsBridge business users, supply chain teams, and technology teams Must Have 4 5+ years of Big Pharma experienceStrong manufacturing experienceGlobal Supply Chain Planning experienceExperience with SAP and/or advanced planning toolsStrong business-facing transformation/deployment experienceWillingness to travel onsite 1 2 times per month Preferred: Chicago-based candidates.
