Job Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of forward and reverse supply plans in coordination with factories and logistics partners
- Perform supply and demand analysis, including what-if scenarios, to optimize service levels, costs, and inventory positioning
- Build and maintain dashboards, interpret complex data sets, and conduct root cause analysis to support inventory and supply decisions
- Utilize supply chain tools to streamline operations, contribute to process automation, and improve system scalability
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure priorities are clearly defined, communicated, and executed
- Communicate updates, risks, and escalations to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
- Aid in raw material planning, product transitions, last-time buys, and excess inventory mitigation strategies
- Collaborate on rework and redeployment of goods and support buffer strategy development
- Contribute to planning strategies that balance service levels, cost, and inventory under demand uncertainty
- Partner with suppliers to resolve constraints, align on build plans, and monitor capacity, compliance, and performance metrics
- Support mid-term capacity planning and investment alignment with supplier partners
- Analyze supply and demand scenarios and assist in developing contingency plans
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain, demand planning, operations, sourcing, or manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and analytics-driven decision making
- Experience in supplier operations and logistics management
- Experience with order fulfillment processes and inventory lifecycle management
- Bachelor's degree plus 4 or more years, or Master's degree plus 2 or more years of relevant supply chain or operations experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field with relevant experience
- Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree
- Supply chain and demand planning knowledge, including forward and reverse logistics concepts
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends or gaps
- Experience with supply planning tools and analytics platforms
- Proficiency in building dashboards and conducting root cause analysis
- Supplier operations and logistics management capabilities
- Understanding of order fulfillment processes and inventory management principles
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement process enhancements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to develop actionable solutions
- Basic financial acumen to assess supply chain effectiveness and cost impacts
- High attention to detail ensuring accuracy and completeness in documentation and data
- Agility to quickly process and adapt to new information in a fast-paced environment
