Responsibilities
- Review and approve documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
- Review and approve documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
- Confer with department supervisors and other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
- Revise production schedule when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, or other interruptions.
- Distribute production schedules and work orders to departments.
- Confer with establishment personnel, vendors, and customers to coordinate production and shipping activities and resolve complaints or eliminate delays.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Eight to ten years of related experience are required.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials.
- Strong ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
- Expert level in Power BI, MS Excel, and other MS Office applications.

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00 - $50.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
