We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Operations (SCO) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the flow of goods, materials, and information across our supply chain. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure that all logistics operations run smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Weekly / daily load planning for week upcoming in Venture TMS based on customer demand.
• Coordination with assigned carriers for upcoming week schedule
• Adjustments to published schedule based on customer changes needed
• Coordination with assigned carriers, suppliers and docks for schedule changes
• Venture TMS (ALMS and 3G) 100% up to date on carrier check calls
• Ownership of management of carriers keeping Venture TMS up to date
• Customer portal (as required) management
• Assurance of EDI updates flowing to customer TMS
• If needed, manual update of customer portal
• Management of all routes for defined customer
• Assurance of trucks running to schedule
• Alert / communication to customers of late trucks / reason why
• Customer specific reports - ownership of reports being sent out
