Responsibilities
- Assist Managers in the administration/coordination of assigned projects.
- Maintain project-related documentation: agendas, meeting minutes, change requests, and project-related slide decks/documentation.
- Coordinate and actively participate in project meetings.
- Review project plans and schedules with the Manager to ensure timely completion of all project deliverables.
- Ensure stakeholders and clients are apprised of project deadlines.
- Support all project team members and stakeholders to meet established deadlines and milestones set by the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain.
- Establish standard processes across the program: identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing initiatives and resources; implementing through influence rather than direct line authority.
- Responsible for the coordinated management of multiple projects directed toward strategic business and organizational objectives.
- Utilize appropriate methodologies based on project needs, including standard templates, deliverable documents, dashboards, budgets, and reporting.
- Maintain continuous alignment of project scope with strategic business objectives, making recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness.
- Assist associates, visitors, and incoming phone inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain records/logs (e.g., front door access activity log or records of front door visitors).
- Oversee locker list and locker key inventory; assign available lockers to new hires.
- Maintain and file training logs for staff.
- Create monthly associate anniversary and birthday lists; display on bulletin boards and monitors.
- Maintain the EHS observation log and assist with ISO requirements.
- Prepare statistical reports and various management reports to document performance.
- Initiate purchases of operating and janitorial supplies.
- Monitor usage of and place orders to replace supplies (e.g., janitorial, coffee, first-aid, office supplies including fax and copier supplies), while working within budget restraints.
- Support DC management with special event planning and coordinating, including ordering food/supplies and assisting with onsite events.
- Practice and comply with all requirements of our Quality Management System (QMS), prescribed safety and hazardous materials handling procedures, and Federal/State laws regulating hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal.
- Assist in making travel arrangements.
- Maintain meeting notes as needed.
- Assist the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain in preparing communication pieces as needed.
- Prepare Distribution Center communications to the organization on a monthly basis.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate multiple projects with shifting priorities.
- Must possess strong communication, writing, and follow-up skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfort-level with collaboration tools for communication and document sharing.

Pay
This role is compensated on an hourly basis. The expected hourly pay range for this position is $29 – $33 per hour, based on factors such as experience, skills, and role requirements.
