Supply Chain Manager - Chemicals

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Ensure supply chain performance meets defined objectives and project goals
• Manage and optimize inventory health and financial performance
• Develop and execute supply plans aligned with demand planning
• Meet customer service levels (OTIF) and drive corrective actions for misses
• Engage in cost management and optimization within logistics
• Oversee SIOP and S&OE processes and deliverables
• Foster team growth through onboarding, development, and a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree
• Strong business and financial acumen
• 5+ years in materials management (Purchasing, Sourcing, Operations, or Planning)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar ERP systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• ASCM CPIM or CSCP Certification preferred (can be obtained on the job)

Pay

$107,500 – $157,663 annually
