This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Ensure supply chain performance meets defined objectives and project goals
- Manage and optimize inventory health and financial performance
- Develop and execute supply plans aligned with demand planning
- Meet customer service levels (OTIF) and drive corrective actions for misses
- Engage in cost management and optimization within logistics
- Oversee SIOP and S&OE processes and deliverables
- Foster team growth through onboarding, development, and a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree
- Strong business and financial acumen
- 5+ years in materials management (Purchasing, Sourcing, Operations, or Planning)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar ERP systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- ASCM CPIM or CSCP Certification preferred (can be obtained on the job)
Pay
$107,500 – $157,663 annually
